The journal holds the copyright for each article published with work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA) that users are permitted to distribute, remix, adapt, and expand upon the content in any medium or format under the condition that proper attribution is provided to the original creator. The license grants permission for commercial utilization. Article Processing Charges (APC)


Authors can submit their papers for review freely. Only a small amount of fee is charged as Paper Processing Charges (APC) for publishing the paper in COSTA. Any submitting authors can pay this fee to get the paper published after receiving the acceptance confirmation.

The fees charged to authors for this journal are as follows:

Article submission: 0.00 (IDR) There are no submission fees or additional costs due to article length, figures, or additional data.

Standard publication fee for Indonesian authors is 1.000.000 IDR. For Non Indonesia authors publication fee is 85 USD. This fee will only need to be paid if the author's article is accepted for publication.
