Registration

Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

During the manuscript submission process, authors are requested to verify that their submission complies with all the items mentioned below, and the submission may be returned to the author if it does not comply.

The submitted manuscript has not been previously published, and has not been submitted to another journal for consideration (unless an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submitted file must be in Microsoft Word format.
Submitted manuscripts must conform to the guidelines that COSTA Journal provides. If available, we will provide URL references.
Any manuscript that cites other articles is expected to be cited according to the guidelines.
The authors claim that no conflict of interest exists in this work.

Author Guidelines

Authors are expected to submit papers that have been carefully checked and refined according to COSTA guidelines. Before shipping, ensure your documents are prepared using COSTA paper templates to ensure efficient processing and publication. Once received, notification of acceptance or acceptance will be sent to all authors involved.

COSTA invites contributions in four main categories:

1. Original Research
2. Survey/Review Articles, which provide a comprehensive overview of a particular scientific topic.
3. Fast Communication: Short and informative articles about research being conducted.
4. Technical Notes

Additional contributions in the form of previously published versions in conferences or journals are also accepted.

Papers presented MUST be written in English, with a maximum length of 10 pages in COSTA format. An additional five pages are also permitted.

Please download the appropriate paper template. Submitted papers must be in MS Word format with the file extension .doc or .docx.

During the indexing process, the names of authors listed in the final manuscript will be considered.

Authors publishing with this journal agree to the following terms:

The author retains copyright and grants first publication rights to the journal with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to share the work with acknowledgment of authorship and prior publication in this journal.

Authors may submit a separate supplemental contractual agreement for non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the journal (e.g., depositing it in an institutional repository or publishing it in book form), with acknowledgment of first publication in the journal.

Authors are not permitted and allowed to publish their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their websites) before and during the submission process, as this can lead to exchange efficiencies, as well as earlier citations and earlier and more meaningful published work (see Impact of open access).

  • Follow the five-step submission process outlined on the submission interface.
  • Include a cover letter in the "Comments for the Editor" section.
  • Upload manuscript in .doc/.docx format, supplementary files, and metadata.
  • Confirm submission for acknowledgment and tracking.

These guidelines ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to the specified format for articles submitted to the National Resilience Journal.
